The book also covers Bud's practice, his stroke and subsequent hospitalization. This experience changed the way Bud practiced medicine. Bud's son, John, returned to Ottawa to take over Bud's practice when he retired a year ago. Last fall, the Ransom Memorial Hospital north campus (located at 9th and Main) was named the Gollier Wellness Center.
